What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Lily & Claire, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may occasionally arrive later than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your order, please email us at info@lilyandclaire.com. We will investigate the status of your package for you.
I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?
To request a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@lilyandclaire.com.
Please include your full name, order number (for example, #0000), which can be found in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request.
Once your return has been approved, you can send the product back to us using a shipping carrier of your choice.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.

What are the conditions for returning my product or products?
You have 30 days to return your order. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.
An item can only be returned if:
● The 30-day return period has not expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all original tags are still attached;
● The product has not been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments by credit card and through supported payment services, including American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
