Delivery Time

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) may begin processing the same business day.

All orders go through a short processing and quality-control period before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. You can therefore expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days from the date it was placed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delays

During periods of unusually high demand, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

We do everything possible to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding if an unexpected delay occurs.

We aim to keep delays to a minimum and will provide updates whenever relevant information is available.

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including:

The carrier used for your order depends on the destination, availability, and selected shipping service.

These partnerships allow us to provide secure delivery and tracking information so you can easily follow your package.

Shipping Benefits

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount. The applicable minimum order value will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Insured or priority shipping may also be available for an additional fee. When selected, your order will receive priority handling and additional shipping protection.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the progress of your package.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery information.

Lily & Claire is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
