Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the cost of returning the product from your address to the online store is your responsibility. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Please check the website of your chosen shipping carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
